They are designed to support you in ensuring you are actualising what you are learning. Resonance members who are struggling to meet their goals, have questions, or just need some direct input from someone with experience can attend these days and focus on powering through their execution. At each day, participants will be able to move between people pods hosted by Social Adviser team members, senior Resonance members, and specialised external guests.
Each pod host will have significant expertise in a particular field, such as video, business strategy, digital marketing, client engagement, social selling, writing copy, running events, to name a few. These days were created specifically as a result of member request, and have proved invaluable to maintaining the balance between learning and simply getting stuff done!
Mastermind days are designed to help members move past their challenges and to receive and offer strategic input respectively. Typically, case studies are examined across 3-4 community member scenarios and are facilitated by a senior Social Adviser team member or Resonance Community member with 4+ years of Resonance experience. Each case study is “workshopped” collectively and a roadmap developed for the community members who have put forward a potential scenario, challenge or problem they are wishing to solve.
These workshop days are very popular as participating to iterate another members business will help you to see things for yourself that you otherwise may not have. Regular Mastermind attendance is essential to deepen your ongoing understanding and mastery, especially for those members who have completed the Core Modules and are looking to speed up their rate of iteration and refinement.
Regular attendance at our Masterminds will also ensure that your subconscious is consistently exposed to new and alternate solutions, allowing you to remain in a more innovative and productive mindset. In addition, Mastermind workshops give members a deeper insight into each other so as to engage with and support each other’s development in a more profound way.
